Pooja practices in the areas of general corporate, regulatory and indirect taxation.

She has been associated with the firm for more than 8 years and has significant experience in advising various domestic and multinational clients on company law, environment law, employment law, exchange control regulations, regulatory law, indirect taxation, structuring of businesses and entry strategies and setting up of businesses in India.

Pooja deals in analysing the finer nuances of corporate, regulatory and indirect taxation laws in diverse sectors like digital and e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, insurance, FMCG, IT/ITES, automobile, media, real estate and manufacturing.

She has also advised clients on aspects relating to M&A and investments including carrying out due diligence.
