Sahil Parghi

Sahil's core area of work is litigation, and he regularly appears before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities. He advises on a wide range of issues under GST, VAT, Customs, stamp duty, property tax, octroi, and other local levies. Apart from litigation, he’s also deeply involved in advisory work, especially on complex and evolving legal issues.

Over the years, Sahil has worked closely with clients across diverse sectors including oil and gas, telecom, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, FMCG, and automotive. He often deals with high-stakes disputes and policy-level matters and is known for providing clarity on intricate tax and regulatory issues. He also collaborates actively with other LKS offices and senior counsel to ensure a consistent and well-thought-out legal strategy for clients.
